Copyright Policy
We have content all over calumchilds.com, and this policy explains what you can do with it.
Images
Unless otherwise stated, we have full ownership of images we use on this website. You can use them in the following ways:
- For non-commercial purposes. It's perfectly OK to put them on your own site as part of a blog post as long as you do not profit from it. (If you have advertisements on your site, you are profitting from it.)
- For educational purposes. You may use images for educational purposes (eg. a school project or for homework.) In this case, you don't need to put any credit in for the image.
Now, you can use the content for the purposes above as long as you don't...
- Crop the content. You must not crop or alter screenshots and images in any way without our permission. You must not crop any watermarks unless you have written permission from me to do so. (Email: mail(at)calumchilds.com)
- Edit it so it looks rude, vulgar or insulting. You cannot edit the images in a way so that they may seem rude, vulgar or insulting.
- Use it to train a machine learning model. Effective immediately as of 18th March 2023, you must not use any of my own images found on this website to train an AGI (Artificial General Intelligence) machine learning model without my written permission.
You may share the photos for your own personal use to Pinterest provided that it links back to calumchilds.com (if you did it using the buttons provided, it will have done this already!)
