Agreeing to the Terms and Conditions
You agree to the Terms and Conditions when you do the following:

Comments

The comment must also not be off-topic. (We will decide whether the comment is acceptable on a case-by-case basis. If it's clearly spam, we'll remove it.)
What we'll do to comments that don't follow the rules
We will remove comments that breach the Terms and Conditions and if you are a multiple offender, we will permanently blacklist the IP address (four numbers that identify the device you're sending it from, say 1.162.213.4. All computers and servers connected to the Internet will have one.) This means you can no longer comment on this website.
Please note that we reserve the right to archive all comments, for backup purposes and to pass them on to the appropiate authorities should we need to.

Matomo Analytics
Matomo is an analytics platform, which respects DNT (Do Not Track) signals and allows you to opt-out of tracking very easily. All data generated by it is stored on our own servers, so it's only subject to this privacy policy. When Matomo records your IP, it replaces the 4th number with a 0 so we don't know your exact location.
The analytics software collects the pages you visited, how you found this site (search, direct entry etc.), where you're visiting us from (this is determined by the language option you set for your browser), how long you spent on each page, device information (operating system, model etc.) and any search queries you carried out using our site search engine.
Opt-out
You can opt-out from Matomo without having to install any plugins or whatnot on your browser. Just follow the instructions in the box below:
(If you're on a mobile device or you can't click the checkbox for whatever reason, click the button below to take you to the opt-out page.) Just a heads-up, this page will reload when you click the checkbox.

- When required by law: If a valid warrant is presented to us by a government requesting personal information that we hold, then we will hand that personal information over if we are confident it will be used for legitimate purposes (such as solving a serious crime.)
