Life in General 14th June 2024
For the last three years, I’ve been studying for a Computing degree at the University of Suffolk. As with everything in life, it’s had ups and downs. It’s safe to say that I’ve changed a lot since I last posted on here back in November 2021. I’ve met many new people, developed more websites and I like to think I’m now a pretty good cook!
But if you’re reading this, I can say that I’ve now finished university.
So now I have more free time, I can now launch my new portfolio website.
The last time that I designed my portfolio website from scratch was back in 2018. That’s about 6 years ago! A few months ago, I decided to redesign it, something that I’ve been doing between university work and other commitments. Both this blog and the photography section have already been given a refresh, and the main website is currently having finishing touches added to it.
Whilst studying, I’ve worked on a couple of interesting projects that I haven’t shared on here. But when I get the time to, rest assured, I’ll share them with you on this blog.
There’s a general election on the 4th July, and I’ll be posting party manifestos in the next few days, so you can keep an eye on what promises a political party has made if they get into power.
I want to improve my writing skills, so you’re likely to see new blog posts here from time to time. These will be a mix of technology, nature and other stuff, although I probably will steer clear of outright political and “culture war” posts, as there’s enough of that out there already.
